Ever feel like you haven’t done enough..

Like you ‘re constantly fighting to achieve something great and seconds keep ticking away and you feel like you have no time to accomplish the dreams you’ve set for yourself. Like everything seems incredibly overwhelming and really if we just set our goals into more manageable ones…we could actually start checking things off our list. Hmmmm…go figure? Why are we so hard on ourselves? Why don’t we give ourselves the benefit of the doubt? Why, wHy, WhY?

Well in order for me to obtain more order in my life, I’ve started by collecting a list of blogs, which you can find on the right. Also, will be adding a review post on the free scriptwriting softwares (scriptbuddy, zhura, scripped). At least until I can get Final Draft, which seems to be the industry standard. Also, to come is a post on my 2010 timeline! I figure, if it’s in writing, I can better hold myself accountable.

So…A Change of Pace for the Blog

And boy am I excited. I am without a doubt, one of the most unstable eclectic people I know. By yhis I mean, I have hundreds of interest in this world, all of which I want to turn into a career. Yes, I envision all my interests being my next career. I guess the question stands, when do you focus on just ONE thing and pull full steam ahead into making it your life? OR is there a rule that says you have to do just that?

Ponder that for a moment will you…

By now, you’re wondering what is the point of my ramblings thoughts and what are those passions you speak of? Well that’s the point of this blog. My original intention was to focus on my making jewelry and selling it on etsy and turning it yes, into a full time career. But why stop there, because in all honesty, it doesn’t! I am creative, I love all things using the left side of my brain, I LOVE to write and I want to be an extradinary screen-and television writer, I want to produce and direct the fantastic scripts I create as well.

Hmmm…reviewing in what I just wrote, I know for certain my true fulfillment… I find in writing; creating worlds for others to divulge in, characters that we all know in life, but is always more interesting watching them on the big screen working through embellished plot lines, that as crazy as they may seem, often happen in real life. Writing is my vice (one of them anyway) and I LOVE it and I want to relish in at as long as I can.

Purpose of this blog? To record my thoughts, writings, steps I take to make it in the film industry and yes, my many other desires. As I move along, I’ll add links and other cool findings that can hopefully allow the next person to find their niche, passion, love!

For what it’s worth, do what makes you happy. Period.

Hello Blogging World! Okay, wow, this is my first post and I’m over the roof excited! Excited for several reasons. One, because I can finally check this off my weeks To-Do list.
